Each loyalty programme is run by the individual business, not by Perka. The business sets the reward, the number of flowers required and any conditions. Perka provides the software that records them.

Flowers are only added by a staff member of that business at the time of a genuine visit. Customers cannot add their own flowers. Every award, redemption and correction is permanently recorded and cannot be edited or deleted.

When you reach the target, the reward can be claimed in store. Redeeming subtracts the target from your balance and keeps any extra flowers.

A business owner or manager may correct a mistaken award or redemption. Corrections are added as a new linked record with a reason; the original record is never removed.

Your card is accessed through a private link. Keep it safe. If a card is lost, staff can issue a replacement after confirming your identity in person.

A business may end or change its programme. You can request deletion of your personal information at any time from your card page.
